Yessss Luna is my precious little kitty. She is 10 years old and still running around like she’s 3 :))

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

Getting to know the owner and their own vibe is very important to me. I want to keep the same energy the kitty is used to so the exchange is as seamless as possible.

Despite booking Ranice less than 48 hours in advance due to unexpected travel, she made time to visit my home to get familiar with our cats and understand what was needed. While away she went above and beyond in terms of cleanliness, and really made sure my cats were shown affection. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
