Nathaniel, can be moody, sometimes difficult and hides from strangers. Gillian was able to get him to come out with lots of treats. Food is his first love. She was able to play with him a little bit. Which, as an adult, he's never done with a stranger. His moody side did come out. Gillian provided him with a little music, some patience and more treats wich helped him get through his moodiness. She even gave him some Thanksgiving turkey, with my permission. Which of course, he loved. By the end of the reservation, he was beginning to warm up to her. Which for him, was monumental with a stranger. She kept me informed of everything. When he had an upset tummy accident, she let me know. One day, she informed me that the tap water was cloudy, so she went out and bought some water. She sent pictures and videos every day. At the beginning of my vacation, I was worried on whether I made the right choice to leave him with a stranger. When I received that first video of her playing with him, I felt relieved that I had made the right choice. I believe that it is her genuine love for animals, especially cats, that she was able to make it through his moodiness. Others would have given up on him. Gillian will be Nathaniel's future one and only sitter. Many thanks Gillian.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
