I'm comfortable with all kinds of cats, from timid to rambunctious! I know how to give them the attention and love they need, as well as how to keep them safe and healthy. I'll make sure your cat has plenty of playtime and cuddles while you're away! I spoil my own cats, give me the opportunity to do so with yours!! the reservation went really well. my cats were so relaxed when I finally got back home which tells me they enjoyed Pam's time. she sends lots of photos and videos. before and after pics of litter, water bowls, and anything else she may have tidied up. I'll be using her again in the future.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
