"BonnieJean was great! She sent photos of each of the cats, sent a checklist of everything and really took the time to try to coax our shyer cats out of hiding while she was at the house. BonnieJean even made a Welcome Home sign for us and signed our cats' names - so cute to walk back into the house and see that. I felt so much better knowing someone who cared was looking after our cats while we were out of town."

I have 3 cats - two that are under 2 years old and my oldest just turning 4, so it can be a circus over here sometimes. Cheryl spends time playing with them and expelling their energy and provides lots of cuddles and love so they don’t feel lonely. She understands the importance of keeping them on their feeding schedule and follows my instructions on food, meds (if needed), perfectly. The litter box is always clean and fresh when I get home. "Heather was so kind and took great care of our babies. This was our first booking with Heather and we will definitely be booking her again. She was super patient with our timid one, who by the end of the booking had fully warmed up and loved her (especially when she brought him a super fun toy!). We also have a medical baby, and Heather graciously handled her medicine and made sure she got what she needed every day. We really appreciated her updates after each visit, and also a notification that she was starting the visit. Heather was on time every visit, which was super important to us to keep a good routine for our cats. They were well taken care of and we are so appreciative of Heather!"
