He spent time to understand our needs when we met, and sent us to excellent updates and photos on every visit, even getting our “shy” boy playing and on his lap! We had Jusei take care of our cats for when we left for a trip out of town. He is so kind and respectful. Communicated and documented everything meticulously. When we returned it was one of the few times the cats didn’t immediately look for us when we arrived, which was like a “oh hey you’re here!” rather than their usual anxious reception. You can tell he truly loves cats and caring for them, and that he treats every home with the utmost care and attention. Would absolutely recommend him to friends, and anyone who is looking for a cat/home sitter!

Jusei is simply the best! His attention to detail, love for the cats, and general personality make him a great choice for us when we’re away and need a trusted person to take care of our kitties! Recently we went on a 2+ week vacation halfway across the globe and Jusei made sure it was worry-free with his timely updates, detailed photos, and clear communication. He stopped by every day to check on our cats, always spending at least 25-30min interacting with them, feeding them, and giving them scratches. It’s great to have someone like Jusei that we can trust to ensure our cats are happy & healthy while we’re away :)

Jusei was absolutely fantastic with my cats! He only got to see one of them because the other is afraid of strangers. I have never used an outside sitter before but the care was much better than with relatives. Jusei took notes even though I gave him printed directions. His care was more than perfect, it was as though I was there. Jusei sent me pictures and comments every day showing when he was there, proof the litter box was cleaned each visit, food dishes with food and cat eatting food, pictures of cookie time and pictures of my cat sitting in his arms. She has NEVER done that with anyone, but me. Jusei watered my outside plants and brought in the mail each day as well. I can not say enough, how comforting it was to know everything at home was great while was not there, will definitely use him whenever I'm away!

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would.He went above and beyond in both communicating with me through the app sending pictures etc. I arrived home yesterday.He has already returned my key.I would highly recommend him and will definitely schedule with him again in the future.

Once again Jusei provided excellent care for our fur babies! One of our cats was just coming off of medical treatment and Jusei was so helpful with helping to monitor and report on the special food that she was to eat. Our other cat Timber is getting used to Jusei and it was heartwarming to see that he sat in Jusei's lap this time. It is so hard to leave our pets home alone, but it makes it easier knowing they have someone you feel comfortable with to check in on them. You can count on Jusei to be just that person!
