"I hesitate to leave this review because it will only make it more difficult to book Bonniejean in the future! That said...look no further!!! Bonniejean is THE ONE you are looking for to sit for your cat(s)! She was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! She did EVERYTHING we asked her to do over a multi-day sitting and twice-a-day visits! And *then* she went above and beyond! She even befriended the one of our two furballs that has historically run off and hid from *anyone* other than the two of us proud cat parents! When we told her of this specific problem, she said "Challenge accepted!" By day two of her visits she was sending us pictures of her holding this little literal scaredy-cat, and by day three...video of a *very* comfortable cat being held! In fact, she documents ALL of her cat-sitting responsibilities and activities *each visit* with TONS of pictures as she is doing them! You can *easily* see she is on top of EVERYTHING! I can confidently say to anyone reading this review to just STOP! STOP reading reviews NOW and book with Bonniejean if she's available as we will be doing in the near future!!! :-)"

"Toby is AWESOME! He did a beautiful job of taking care of our Oreo Cookie. He even brought her new toys and showed her how to play with them. My kitty was safe and happy in his care, and he posted daily messages and pictures to show that she was doing great. His communication was five-star quality and gave me great peace of mind. He kept the house neat and tidy, while making Oreo feel special with attention and love. He left a super nice note from my kitty with pictures, welcoming me home, so thoughtful. She took time to earn her trust and gently coax her out from under the bed, made sure she got her medication, brushed her, and even gave helpful advice on finding good veterinary care in the area. It was clear that Lily genuinely cared about my cat, I’m so happy we found her 😊"

"Heather was so kind and took great care of our babies. This was our first booking with Heather and we will definitely be booking her again. She was super patient with our timid one, who by the end of the booking had fully warmed up and loved her (especially when she brought him a super fun toy!). We also have a medical baby, and Heather graciously handled her medicine and made sure she got what she needed every day. We really appreciated her updates after each visit, and also a notification that she was starting the visit. Heather was on time every visit, which was super important to us to keep a good routine for our cats. They were well taken care of and we are so appreciative of Heather!"

It’s always hard to leave your pets with a new sitter, but she made us feel at ease immediately during the meet and greet, getting all 3 cats to come over and interact with her. When we were gone, her communication was fantastic—sending updates and pictures, which all really helped alleviate any lingering anxiety. Our boys can be difficult, and she did wonderfully with them.
