Our elderly cat was diagnosed with diabetes days before we left on a trip. Shelley checked times to make sure she could commit to medication times. Our cat loved her and was so much happier when we returned. It was wonderful getting such detailed feedback on our kitty while we were gone (our kids loved the pictures!). We are sooo grateful for her help and for the great care she took of our cat while we were gone.

Shelley is the absolute BEST!! My cat is diabetic and needs insulin shots twice a day. Shelley was on time, attentive, and overall wonderful. Shelley did an amazing job taking care of my three boys while I was out of town for a wedding. These guys have three different personalities and my eldest has a bit of separation anxiety, leaving him did not want to eat or take his medication when I’m not home and Shelley easily handled it all. Shelley is amazing. When my flight home was cancelled, she jumped on it and took care of my kitty without batting an eye!! Her first concern was Pixie's wellbeing and she made herself instantly available. She's very conscientious and clearly loves animals. I got multiple pictures every visit, which I love, along with detailed updates. She's absolutely one of the best petsitters I've ever had!!

Any care tips or needs that we had, she shared to a T and went out of her way to keep our house clean and tidy when things needed to be used. I was incredibly nervous to use a sitter. having the opportunity to meet Shelley before our trip quickly put me at ease. She was punctual, friendly, knowledge about a health issue my cat experiences and she also made friends quickly my cat. once we were on our trip I received detailed updates for each visit along with photos. when back home, I could tell my cat was unbothered as she'd been well taken care of by Shelley. Shelley was a purrrrrfect care taker for our mischievous boy, Shadow. He pulled a “Houdini” one day, but then revealed himself, as if nothing had happened! Shelley was patient and I think Shadow now understands that she was the one with food, treats and water, so he better make himself present during her visits! She has many cats of her own, so she definitely understands that every cat is unique with it’s own personality and care needs. She’s a gem!
