Alexandria did a wonderful job and I am definitely going to use her and Meowtel again. She followed the directions I left perfectly...she texted me after each visit with pictures and let me know that the cats were doing well...she cleaned up everything I hardly even knew that she was there! It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be going back to her on my next trip!

Alexandria was great with my two cats. She sent me updates both times she went that included pictures. She was even able to get my shy cat to let her pet him! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
