We couldnโt have asked for a better cat sitter! Tiffany is such a sweet person with excellent attention to detail and thoughtfulness. She gave our cat lots of love and attention and sent so many pics and videos every time she came by. I could tell our cat was well taken care of because he tends to tear up the carpet when he doesnโt get enough attention and when we got back from this latest trip, the carpet was untouched! Tiffany even made a point to drop our keys off with the leasing office so we could easily pick them back up on our way home rather than have to leave the door unlocked or get them at a later date (though she also offered to drive them back over to us the next day!). Will absolutely be using her every time we can going forward!

Tiffany was just an amazing overnight cat sitter for our two cats. Our cats are amazingly friendly, but it can take a day for them to get acquainted with anyone. Within a few hours of us having left on our trip, she was sending us videos of them approaching her. She sat down on the floor (went to their height) and they were rubbing against her. She also was playing ball with one of my cats that loves to play. She sent pictures in the morning, afternoon, and night. Just that morning, as she was suppose to be at our house, we had an emergency with our 3 cat and had to put her to sleep. When she arrived to our home, she brought us some flowers for our loss. In addition, when we returned from our trip, she left a lovely card thanking US for choosing her. Every thing about her was amazing. Finally, she had a mild tone to her voice that I am sure made a difference in the quick ease of them getting to know her quickly. We already booked her for another week and hope she is available for all our trips. Thank you, Tiffany! ๐

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
