Janice was amazing! She showed up each evening at our agreed upon time, took time to interact with both cats, and followed all care instructions. Her updates were detailed and included photos.

Janice jumped in at the last minute when my first connection didn't work out. I'm telling you, ONE day last minute! We were gone for a week and needed a check-in three of those day just to make sure our two cats had food, water, clean boxes, etc. The kitties are not used to visitors and are too shy to come out most of the time. Janice communicated promptly and kept me informed during her visits even though I think she only caught sight of them one brief moment. She left the house clean, after straightening all the zoomie dis-laced rugs, and cat food dishes clean. Plus, Janice is the sweetest lady in the world! 100% would book again. Added bonus for Meowtel specifically, we were leaving for a trip early Tuesday morning, and by Sunday I had not been able to get the person I initially booked with to show up for a meet-up. Sunday morning I called Meowtel and got a call back almost immediately, even though it was still outside their business hours. The support I received to find a new sitter to book was outstanding. I really felt like Meowtel cared about my situation and went above and beyond to make sure my trip could commence without worry. This was my first time booking and having to pay up front before ever meeting the sitter had me concerned. Only (slight) negative is the extra $$ for holiday time. I specifically didn't require a visit on Thanksgiving day, but every day within a week also had the extra 20 bucks for the visit. Even Sunday. I get it, but it still felt a little be exorbitant. It was over 200 bucks for 3 visits. NOT Janice's fault.

Janice was our very first sitter with Meowtel and it couldn’t have gone any better. On our meet & greet she brought paperwork to better understand our boys and be sure she was providing the upmost care. She asked questions, made sure she knew where things were for clean up, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. We will absolutely be booking with her again in the future and we recommend that you do the same!

This experience was the BEST choice I ever made! Janice did an amazing job! She was amazing with Milo, from feeding, to cleaning, playing and updating us throughout the process put my mind at ease.Janice went above and beyond, she even spent extra time with Milo. She is officially my #1 cat sitting.

Janice is as concerned with cat safety as we are. She has a good energy with our cats, respects their boundaries and took the time to let them warm up to her. They were comfortable and happy all the time we were away
