I have been around cats my entire life and cannot imagine life without them. This is the main reason I have decided to become a cat sitter. I strongly believe they deserve the best at all times. My first goal is to make your cat(s) feel comfortable and happy. Secondly, I want to put your mind at ease during your time away. Whether it's for one visit or multiple visits for multiple days. Your cat will receive VIK (Very important kitty) care from me, just as I would want for my fur kids. I have experience dealing with senior cats, cats with special needs, and kittens! In the past, I had a roommate who traveled to Central America for two months allowing me to take care of her cats (1 diabetic) while I continued caring for my two cats. It was such a great experience. It is of the utmost importance to work diligently to solve any issues that may occur. I take great pride as a cat owner to keep working through challenges until we reach satisfactory results. Robbert was amazing. I was really nervous about leaving my cat, Pancake, for two weeks—she’s shy and still adjusting after we lost our other cat about a month ago. But Robbert completely put me at ease. He sent thoughtful updates, photos, and videos (including one of him locking the door, which I didn’t ask for but loved). Pancake was so excited to see him—greeting him at the door! He played with her, brushed her, and made sure she was getting love and attention every visit. He even took care of my plants! Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
