During an extremely stressful week of my life requiring a two -day personal business trip, I was desperate to find a loving, caring sitter comfortable with administering my little one's morning meds with his breakfast and willing to spend some patient time with his anxious little self being confused about where the heck his Mom was and why he was alone! I can't say enough great things about Melissa - the kind, caring and very professional sould I found on Meowtel. During a very dark and stressful trip her msgs & pics were the brightest part of each day and gave me more comfort and peace than I can describe. Could not more highly recommend Melissa to anyone looking for a loving professional to look after their kitties for any reason. She is outstanding and will be hearing from me anytime I have to be away again in the future and need someone for Chow while I'm away.

Melissa is amazing. To start off with I forgot to leave the keys for her and she rearranged her schedule to meet the locksmith and waited while he completed the job. Then at the last minute my flight was canceled and she stepped in to make sure “the girls” were taken care of until I got home. it’s so nice there are people out there you can count on! Melissa provided pictures everyday of our babies while we were gone. She kept us up to date on her arrivals and departures and even went out of her way to drip our faucets for potential cold weather. She is awesome!

Melissa was absolutely amazing! She gave the best updates every visit, with the most amazing photos!!! We had family gathering around to see what pictures of our little guys she sent next. She was accommodating and flexible when we had a few plans change last minute, and was even so sweet to offer to clean up the litter they inevitably drag all over the hard wood. I found myself forgetting about meal times only to pick up my phone to see she’d already been to see our boys and sent wonderful updates. Her updates and pictures were a bright spot in what turned out to be a tough holiday season for us. We will definitely be booking with Melissa again!!

Melissa was wonderful! my cat warmed up to her immediately which isn't usually the case with everyone! and he seemed calmed when she was there. she was detailed with what she did while there and sent pics of my cat each time. this helped put an ease to my mind as this was the first time i left my cat this long! Melissa is very contentious caretaker. She has very quick response and was helpful when I needed to ever set up a video for me while I was out of town. I have one friendly cat and one really shy cat but she did eventually come out for her. The friendly cat liked her right away. I’m very Comfortable using Melissa; she did a great job.

As always, Melissa is amazing. She’s extremely punctual, follows all directions and most of all, goes above and beyond to take care of our cats as if her own. Our cats love her and we can’t recommend her enough.
