What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
3–4 years of experience keeping fur babies happy, healthy, and totally spoiled. I’ve had my two kitties since they were 8 weeks old.
What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
I love getting to know each cat’s personality, from the sassy ones to the cuddle bugs—I’m always making sure they’re happy and entertained.
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
I have 2 babies, Fezzy and Gomez. Unfortunately when I moved to the island I had to leave them with my family in mainland. I love and miss them so much everyday.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?
Always make sure a background check is completed. It’s also a plus if your sitter has kitties of their own. Kitty parents understand the needs. Litter box maintenance and providing some type of interaction. Every baby has boundaries and your kitty sitter needs to be able to understand what type of boundaries are needed. Whether kitty needs love and attention or needs space.
What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?
Ask all the questions, find out what the typical personality is like, and most of all, ask what is needed to make kitty comfortable
How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?
I must know all the details and needs of your kitty. What I should do, shouldn’t do and most importantly what the kitty parent expects from me
Are you usually available during holidays?
Holiday availability! I’m always on island during the holidays. Book with confidence for holiday travel—I provide dependable, attentive care when it matters most!
What is your favorite cat toy?
Worm on a string, ribbon on a fishing pole, and of course the red dot laser 😆 Anything with bells and anything that rolls fast

Holiday Surcharge
Due to high demand during holidays, sitters on Meowtel have the option to set their own holiday price increase, which can be found in the rates section of their profiles. If your reservation falls within three (3) days before and/or after a federal holiday, or on the holiday itself, a holiday surcharge, determined by your sitter, will be added to your reservation.

- February 13-19: Presidents Day
- May 22-28: Memorial Day

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
