This was my first time booking a cat sitter and using Meowtel and Paola was able to guide me through my first booking with her and setting up the meet and greet with ease. Paola was wonderful taking care of my cat while I was away, sending me picture and video updates. She followed my feeding, cleaning, and playing instructions perfectly which helped put my mind at ease since this was my first time leaving my cat behind and being so far away from her. Paola was wonderful with our cats!Even our shy cat warmed up to her right away. She followed care instructions, played with the cats and sent a lot pictures and videos everyday. Oh top of providing great care and peace of mind, Paola came through for us when we were in a tight spot. Our first cat sitter had to cancel only three days before our flight. Highly recommended!!!

Paola was wonderful with my two fur babies. She handled their very different personalities (one shy, one social) with so much patience, warmth, and genuine care. Both cats adored her, and even my timid one eventualy warmed up to her. She kept me updated with messages and photos after every visit, which I truly appreciated. This was our first time using a cat sitter and Paola made us very comfortable from the very beginning at the meet and greet. We have two cats and one needs medication by syringe. Paola did an excellent job giving the medications and both cats took to her very well. We were gone Friday to Sunday and she kept us updated with pics and videos from each visit. Paola was a fantastic kitty sitter! Her communication stands out, she was quick to respond to all questions and provided amazing communication (with the best photos ever) while I was gone. Her energy with the cats was gentle and calm. She was patient with my cat that is shy with new people while matching energy with my social butterfly. This was my first time having care outside of people I know and it was well worth the cost to have the piece of mind that came having someone with professional experience take care of my little fur babies.

Paola did a really great job with my baby girl Bella, a 13-year-old rescue she can be a little frightened by new people, but she really adjusted very quickly to Paola.

Everything was left in order and very clean. Updates including photos were sent promptly after each visit.

Paola is amazing and really put our minds at ease. She made PJ feel loved and administered his medication with ease. We are so grateful and can't wait to book her again.

Paola has proven to be super reliable. She has taken care of our Isabella many times. She has been so patient and caring, even when our little princess is NOT nice (which is always!) Lol! Paola takes the time to send us pictures and videos that makes us feel more at ease when we are away from her. She has also replied to our messages on a promptly manner. We definitely recommend her.
