"We booked Barb for a ten day vacation and she did a great job caring for our two cats! She was accommodating with our schedule for the home visit prior to our trip. She kept all three of our litter boxes clean, cleaned up some surprise cat vomit, filled their water, and fed them wet food as directed. She sent daily updates (with photos) and also brought in our mail. She even got our shy girl to play! Her communication was 10/10. We will definitely be booking with Barb again!"

"Brooke did a fantastic job taking care of my two cats for two weeks. Leaving them for so long was stressful, but Brooke's professionalism and exceptional care gave me complete peace of mind. Brooke was able to connect with my cats, who are usually quite shy. She was very patient and made sure they felt comfortable during every visit. By the end of the two weeks, both cats had opened up to her more and she was able to pet them! Brooke also handled giving one of my cats an inhaler during each visit, which is not always easy. Brooke ensured the medication was given while prioritizing keeping my cat as calm as possible. Her communication was outstanding. She sent incredibly thorough daily updates, complete with videos of the cats and everything she did during her visits. She was always very responsive to my messages and communicated clearly and promptly. We had a very nice meet & greet and I felt that my cats would be very safe with her. Anna came exactly when she said she would; fed, watered, and cleaned the cats perfectly; sent messages and short videos. She even got one of our shy babies to play! Anna is lovely to work with. For eighteen straight days, while I was on vacation in England, she faithfully visited my kitties, gave them love, playtime, brushings, scooped their litterboxes, and made sure they felt cared for and secure. With my shy kitty in particular, Gabby had the golden touch — other caretakers over the years never even got to see Mitzi, because Mitzi would hide, aa well as getting finicky about food. But with patience and gentle perseverance, Gabby won Mitzi’s trust to the point where Mitzi would eat her food AND let Gabby brush her! Gabby’s daily updates were wonderful, too — pictures and videos, along with cheery descriptions of how the kitties were doing. I have total confidence in Gabby. She’s a gem!
