Lykagem is a wonderful cat sitter. She took great care of our senior cat on three medications. Her updates with wonderful pictures allowed us to relax and enjoy our time away. She also watered my new seedlings, keeping them in great shape! Will definitely request Lyka again!

Lykagem is absolutely amazing! We loved her from the first meeting (and the cats did too) and she did such a great job with the updates, photos, and taking care of our kitties! Lyka was amazing! My very shy cat loved her immediately. We only needed her for two visits so we told her she didn't need to fuss over the litterbox too much but she went above and beyond! Very friendly in person and responds quick over message.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
