"This was my first time booking a cat sitter and using Meowtel and Paola was able to guide me through my first booking with her and setting up the meet and greet with ease. Paola was wonderful taking care of my cat while I was away, sending me picture and video updates. She followed my feeding, cleaning, and playing instructions perfectly which helped put my mind at ease since this was my first time leaving my cat behind and being so far away from her. Brooke was able to connect with my cats, who are usually quite shy. She was very patient and made sure they felt comfortable during every visit. By the end of the two weeks, both cats had opened up to her more and she was able to pet them! Brooke also handled giving one of my cats an inhaler during each visit, which is not always easy. Brooke ensured the medication was given while prioritizing keeping my cat as calm as possible. Her communication was outstanding. She sent incredibly thorough daily updates, complete with videos of the cats and everything she did during her visits. She was always very responsive to my messages and communicated clearly and promptly.
