Anyone can come by and put down a fresh bowl of food, water and empty a litter box, but I pay attention to the smallest of details and I go the extra mile in making my customers 100% happy. I follow all the instructions perfectly when caring for your feline and your home. I pay attention to smallest of details because that is exactly how I treat my own cats. I will treat your cats and home with the utmost respect. Rest assured your feline will get plenty of playtime and interaction from me. I am also detailed and excellent with daily pictures and communication I can take in the mail, put out garbage cans and water plants. Cynthia did an AMAZING job with my cats. All of my instructions were followed to the letter, even putting the garbage out and bringing the cans in. Our 20 year old cat needs Miralax and she even suggested a new and more efficient way for her to get the entire dose. (Previously we were putting into food, she suggested making it into a "broth" using some of the juices and then giving it to her via syringe). Very impressed! Her updates include more details than you can ever ask for which I really appreciate. It lets me know my cats are in great hands. Cindy has a way with cats and you can absolutely tell she is passionate about their care and welfare. I have already booked her for another upcoming trip.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation
and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any
earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation
rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the
reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50%
of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48
hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and
the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
