"Joanna is absolutely amazing and so sweet! She has been checking in on my fur baby for the past year anytime I’m away from home, and I’ve always felt completely comfortable knowing my cat is in her care. What really stood out to me recently was how dependable and caring she is, even at the last minute. I had an unexpected overnight trip and noticed on my house cameras that I hadn’t seen my cat moving around all day. Of course, I immediately started worrying. I reached out to Joanna, and without hesitation, she was willing to stop by and check on her for me just to make sure everything was okay. Thankfully, my baby was perfectly fine! Joanna sent me a photo as soon as she arrived, which immediately put my mind at ease and allowed me to enjoy the rest of my trip without worrying. It’s one thing to have someone who will feed and check on your pet when scheduled, but it’s another to have someone who genuinely cares and is willing to show up when you unexpectedly need them. Joanna has been consistent, trustworthy, responsive, and wonderful with my cat. I’m so grateful to have someone I can depend on when I’m away from home. She was also able to accommodate special requests like trying to come roughly the same time everyday even though we booked her for anytime since we didn’t care what time of day she came as long as she was consistent, which she was! We had a family friend watch our cats for the second half of the trip so I can’t speak on how things were left, but the family friend did not report any issues when they cared for the cats after the sitter so I assume everything was left nicely. I would consider using this sitter again next time we need to hire someone to watch our kitties!"
