She’s very reliable and responsible. She is very good with communicating. She loves all animals like they’re here own! She has a big heart that you can see in everything that she does in life. I completely trust her with my animals and they love her so much! They get excited every time I tell them she’s coming over.

Denise is the only person that I would trust with caring for any of my animals. I once found a very small kitten meowing outside my back door. The first person I called was her. She came right over to rescue him. She cleaned him, fed him, wrapped him in warm bedding and took him home with her and to the vet the very next day. I don't know if he would have survived if it weren’t for her. She gave him a forever home. Even since grade school have never known Denise to not have at least a few cats. Her cats have their own room with toys and jungle gyms. She even has her cat cam so she can talk to them during the day if she’s gone. Recently a momma cat had a litter on kittens in her firepit outside. She nursed them all to health and found them homes. More recently she found a litter in a rental homes she acquired. Took them home. Loved them to health and found them homes. There really isn’t enough room here to tell you how much she loves her fur babies.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our Meowtel Protection Plan in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
