"Genny definitely goes anove and beyond taking care of our babies. Our two babies got in a vicious fight iber a cat outside and every time they see each other it starts with growling and then hissing. One has redirected aggression. Meaning he has directed his direction to our girl cat. As a result we have had to keep them separated in hopes they will be best friends. Genny was able to switch them out if their spaces and maintain a positive atmosphere for them. It is a lot work! she would send us videos, pictures, and had a camera on them ti watch them! I dont know how we ever got along without her! I promise you she is the best if the best!"

"I booked with Janet from December 21st to the 27th, and it was great! Initially, we both had some holiday madness that delayed and somewhat rushed our first meet-and-greet, but from the time we had in person, I could tell she cared a lot, and that she strives for timeliness. I noticed she took extensive, detailed notes while we spoke and walked around, and she also repeated back various details to ensure she had them correct. My cat, who is very cuddly but also incredibly shy at first, took to her almost immediately as well, which I interpreted as a positive vote on her character. While I was away, Janet was very communicative on her own and, at my request, sent a ton of super cute pictures. She even edited one for Christmas Day, which was ADORABLE. Throughout the week, I was proven time and again that my cat was in capable, caring hands. It made me feel so much better that I had to leave my boy behind for the holidays, and that I could count on Janet to check in with him and dote on him a little. It was truly a near-seamless (if we 86'd the holidays, I'm sure it would've been too good to be true, honestly) experience, and I'd happily book with Janet again in the future."
