Genny is great! My cats are happy and I was able to enjoy my vacation without worrying. She sends pictures and videos which really help. It’s such a relief to know Genny is taking care of my guys.

We were traveling in Europe during historic storms and flooding in the Louisville area. Genny went above and beyond to keep us posted about the status of our home even getting things off the floor and unplugging things in case the basement flooded. It was a traumatic time for our kitties as well. Genny did everything in her power to calm and comfort two traumatized cats. We have used Genny multiple times and been impressed on every occasion. She is organized, reliable, and very caring. We will continue to preference her for every future trip. I cannot say enough positive things about our experiences.

Genny was fabulous! I am always worried when leaving Bo, but Genny took such great care of him that I didn't worry at all. She bought new toys for him to play with and sent awesome videos of him playing. He was in great hands. Genny also left us a welcome home surprise that meant so much! Genny goes above and beyond to locate the shy one and ease her into the idea of having a new human on duty for a few days. She sends pictures and detailed information on evidence kitty left regarding playfulness (when not hiding), appetite, etc. She answers all of our questions, and even pays attention to the weather, etc and asks us if she can make adjustments to anything to keep the home safe and in order. All of this brings us great peace of mind and reassures us that our baby is in good hands! Genny just ROCKS!

Genny came for a visit before our scheduled time. She took notes, played with the babies and brought them a toy!! She sent photos and videos everyday! Genny was amazing! When we got home there was a "welcome home" gift bag with goodies for us. Our babies were definitely in good hands with Genny! We will continue to use Genny!

Genny was amazing!! She sent great updates and videos of our cat daily while we were gone. Our cat doesn't really enjoy other people's company and Genny won him over, we were so impressed! Everything was purr-fect!!! while it is hard being away, I can enjoy myself knowing that my kitties are receiving the best, top-notch care. Genny showed up at a consistent time each day which was so great for ease of communication while on the road. She was mindful of the weather and made considerate adjustments for kitty comforts with heat and storms. Shy girl who hardly spoke to Genny on first sitting made fast friends with her this time around and was much more relaxed on our return. Genny is amazing Catsitter. She just took our care of our three cats for the first time and one of them got very, very sick.. She went out of her way to take him to the hospital, even after her time that I’d scheduled was over. She stayed with him and made sure he was OK. She also played with the other two and brought them toys and left us this awesome tea towel. This was the second time I’ve used Meowtel. The first time was just a couple of days but Genny was amazing. She took the time to get to know my boys. This trip was a bit longer. Genny took time to play with my kitties and even brought in toys to peak their interest. You can tell she loves what she does and cares for your kitties while you are away. She’s my go to sitter from here on out!

I was pretty nervous to leave our senior cat, Lou, for a full week while we traveled out of state. I immediately got a good vibe from Genny at the meet and greet, Lou took right to her as well. She is very friendly and personable and of course great with cats! Genny definitely went above and beyond the basic cat-sitting. She sent daily updates with photos and videos. She brought along some toys to keep Lou entertained while he was alone and set them up in front of the cat camera so I could see him more often. She also brought a new scratch pad which he loves so mushy left it for him! Genny also brought in our mail and refilled our bird feeder. When we returned, the house looked great and Lou was happy. I would highly recommend Genny to anyone looking for someone to care for their cats! She will definitely be my go-to person when we go out of town in the future!

I have one shy kitty that hides the entire time I am gone and another that is playful and friendly. Genny takes the time with each of them and is working to make my shy kitty feel more comfortable while I am gone.

Benny was so sweet! It was our first time being away from our kittens for more than a few days, but her updates, photos, and efforts to get our shyest kitten out of her hiding place was amazing! Genny was hands down the best cat sitter we have had in 30+ years of cat parenting! She did all the dailies as we would do them, so for the first time ever we returned from a trip and did not have to clean up after the sitter. That was lovely for sure! But beyond that, she was proactive about tending to little things like adjusting curtains, rotating toys, and giving lots of attention. Plus she sent great updates and pictures! Genny's top-notch care took a lot of stress off of us for sure. We would definitely recommend!

I cannot express how grateful I am for Genny watching my two kitties while we were gone for almost two weeks. She went above and beyond for the care of both cats and worked hard to meet their very differing needs. She brought bird seeds to sprinkle around the windows to help keep them entertained and made sure they have plenty of toys and cat TV to watch! Genny did a fantastic job taking care of my three kitties, two of which have special needs (lymphoma and kidney disease)! She really went above and beyond in caring for them and giving them attention. She brought extra toys that they loved and spent individual time with each. In fact, she gave them so much affection that they were probably sad to see me return!! I’m so happy that I found Meowtel. Genny did such a wonderful job of caring for my two very different kitties. Finn is a social butterfly and Fergus likes to hide and watch you from afar if he doesn’t know you. Genny was patient and Fergus decided she wasn’t so bad after all LOL. Genny was great at messaging me and sending pics and videos too. You can really tell she is a cat lover and cares about your babies and not just someone who stops by to feed them and take care of the litter box. I’m so happy to have found her and will definitely be asking her to care for them the next time I’m out of town.
