"This is my first time hiring a cat sitter, and 10/10 I would - and will - be reaching out to Jessica again if I need my cat looked after!! I actually chose her because she only had a few reviews, and wanted to give a newbie a chance, so I was shocked when I met her and found out she’s a full time cat sitter! It definitely shows, even from the meet and greet she was taking notes, and had a warm and professional atmosphere to her. I loved the update messages she sent after each visit, with multiple photos, and a video each time (A+ photographer, took the best photo I have of my cat haha). She really went above and beyond the duties asked of her (bringing in the mail, wiping down the food and water bowls, etc) and I even came home to a lovely ‘welcome home’ card from her. It included a handwritten note, and sticker versions of some photos she took of the cat. I was in a foreign country with no phone access, so having Jessica gave me a great peace of mind. This was my first time being so far from my cat for so long, and it was nice to have zero worries as I knew she was in extremely capable hands!"

"Genny definitely goes anove and beyond taking care of our babies. Our two babies got in a vicious fight iber a cat outside and every time they see each other it starts with growling and then hissing. One has redirected aggression. Meaning he has directed his direction to our girl cat. As a result we have had to keep them separated in hopes they will be best friends. Genny was able to switch them out if their spaces and maintain a positive atmosphere for them. It is a lot work! she would send us videos, pictures, and had a camera on them ti watch them! I dont know how we ever got along without her! I promise you she is the best if the best!"

"As soon as I met Jamie I knew she would be a good fit for my kitties. She is so polite and sweet, and very gentle with my two very timid kitties. She respects their space and let them approach her on their terms. Both of my girls are extremely nervous, but Jamie managed to get both of them comfortable enough to come out of hiding! My eldest girl was even out playing and waiting by the door for Jamie to arrive each day! My younger girl is extremely nervous but even she felt comfortable enough to watch Jamie from afar. For her not to immediately run and hide was a huge improvement. Jamie is professional and communicative and sent me lots of pictures each visit. I always get so anxious leaving to travel but Jamie put my anxieties as ease! I will definitely ask Jamie to cat sit again, I’m sure my two girls will be very happy to see her! 😊"

She followed our instructions and left our house in excellent condition. She even alerted me to ants in the kitchen near the dry food bowl so we could be prepared to deal with the situation as soon as we got home. We will definitely book with her again. Highly recommend!"

Initially, we both had some holiday madness that delayed and somewhat rushed our first meet-and-greet, but from the time we had in person, I could tell she cared a lot, and that she strives for timeliness. I noticed she took extensive, detailed notes while we spoke and walked around, and she also repeated back various details to ensure she had them correct. My cat, who is very cuddly but also incredibly shy at first, took to her almost immediately as well, which I interpreted as a positive vote on her character. While I was away, Janet was very communicative on her own and, at my request, sent a ton of super cute pictures. She even edited one for Christmas Day, which was ADORABLE. Throughout the week, I was proven time and again that my cat was in capable, caring hands. It made me feel so much better that I had to leave my boy behind for the holidays, and that I could count on Janet to check in with him and dote on him a little. It was truly a near-seamless (if we 86'd the holidays, I'm sure it would've been too good to be true, honestly) experience, and I'd happily book with Janet again in the future."
