Genny definitely goes anove and beyond taking care of our babies. Our two babies got in a vicious fight iber a cat outside and every time they see each other it starts with growling and then hissing. One has redirected aggression. Meaning he has directed his direction to our girl cat. As a result we have had to keep them separated in hopes they will be best friends. Genny was able to switch them out if their spaces and maintain a positive atmosphere for them. It is a lot work! she would send us videos, pictures, and had a camera on them ti watch them! I dont know how we ever got along without her! I promise you she is the best if the best!

I recently moved to a new area and was stressed about leaving my cats while out of town—but Genny was absolutely amazing. She treated my boys like family, sending me hilarious updates (including describing feeding time as “like feeding lions in the Serengeti”) and adorable videos. She brought extra toys, played with them, refreshed food, water, and litter, and even left fun surprises for them to enjoy between visits. She clearly loves animals and made me feel completely at ease knowing they were not just cared for, but genuinely loved and entertained. It was like having a “fun crazy aunt” come over for them. From the jump, Genny was communicative and professional. she diligently, took notes during the meet and greet, and approached cat sitting with the knowledge of a professional. Almost equally important, however, was her attention to detail, her care, and the LOVE she showed for my 4 kitty babies. One kitty is medically fragile, and she tirelessly cared for her and sent plenty of updates. Genny was able to effectively manage medication, and care like a true professional. In all things, she went above and beyond in her care. providing additional enrichment opportunities, plenty of playtime, and such obvious love while I was away. Do yourself a favor and book Genny!

Genny did an amazing job with our tuxedo cat, Socks! This was our first time using Meowtel, and I really didn’t know what to expect….but I felt confident saying that Genny exceeded our expectations in every way! We had a 10-day trip to Europe and Genny was very reliable with communication (pictures and videos), answering our questions , and giving our boy so much extra love and attention. She also helped bring in any mail/packages and alerted us if anything needed attention at the house! it was so nice to come home from our trip knowing that our home and our cat had been in great hands…it was clear she went above and beyond getting to know Socks and to help him feel loved while we were away. We definitely will use her again for multi-day trips and I recommend you do the same!

We were traveling in Europe during historic storms and flooding in the Louisville area. Genny went above and beyond to keep us posted about the status of our home even getting things off the floor and unplugging things in case the basement flooded. It was a traumatic time for our kitties as well. Genny did everything in her power to calm and comfort two traumatized cats. We have used Genny multiple times and been impressed on every occasion. She is organized, reliable, and very caring. We will continue to preference her for every future trip. I cannot say enough positive things about our experiences.

Genny is simply the best. She made our trip so much less stressful knowing our cat, Annie, was in such caring and loving hands. Her daily videos were wonderful, and we looked forward to getting them each day. We could clearly see how happy Annie was. I don't think Annie missed us at all - LOL - which is exactly what we wanted. It's comforting to know your fur baby is living their best life while you're away and having Genny 100% guarantees that.

Genny was fantastic, as always! she is my #1 choice for taking care of my senior cat when I am out of town. Genny goes above and beyond to locate the shy one and ease her into the idea of having a new human on duty for a few days. She sends pictures and detailed information on evidence kitty left regarding playfulness (when not hiding), appetite, etc. She answers all of our questions, and even pays attention to the weather, etc and asks us if she can make adjustments to anything to keep the home safe and in order. Genny was amazing!! She sent great updates and videos of our cat daily while we were gone. Our cat doesn't really enjoy other people's company and Genny won him over, we were so impressed! Genny showed up at a consistent time each day which was so great for ease of communication while on the road. Genny was hands down the best cat sitter we have had in 30+ years of cat parenting! She did all the dailies as we would do them, so for the first time ever we returned from a trip and did not have to clean up after the sitter. That was lovely for sure! I cannot express how grateful I am for Genny watching my two kitties while we were gone for almost two weeks. I’m so happy that I found Meowtel. Genny did such a wonderful job of caring for my two very different kitties. Finn is a social butterfly and Fergus likes to hide and watch you from afar if he doesn’t know you. Genny was patient and Fergus decided she wasn’t so bad after all LOL. Genny was great at messaging me and sending pics and videos too. You can really tell she is a cat lover and cares about your babies and not just someone who stops by to feed them and take care of the litter box. I’m so happy to have found her and will definitely be asking her to care for them the next time I’m out of town.

I was pretty nervous to leave our senior cat, Lou, for a full week while we traveled out of state. I immediately got a good vibe from Genny at the meet and greet, Lou took right to her as well. She is very friendly and personable and of course great with cats! Genny definitely went above and beyond the basic cat-sitting. She sent daily updates with photos and videos. She brought along some toys to keep Lou entertained while he was alone and set them up in front of the cat camera so I could see him more often. She also brought a new scratch pad which he loves so mushy left it for him! Genny also brought in our mail and refilled our bird feeder. When we returned, the house looked great and Lou was happy.
