Melissa was absolutely amazing with my notoriously shy and scared cats. She was able to interact with them from the first day, which had never been accomplished before. She even got the one that never comes out from under the bed to hang out with her. She is a cat whisperer for sure and I can only hope she’s available whenever I need to go out of town. I was well informed with pictures and videos which put me so at ease. I absolutely recommend her 200%!!

This is only my second time using Melissa and she has completely won over my notoriously shy/scared cats. I believe she reaches animals on a deep spiritual level and they trust her almost immediately. As per last time, I was regularly updated on each cat’s condition or irregularities, along with pics and videos. It truly allows a pet parent to relax when they are away knowing their babies are in good hands. Melissa is the absolute best!

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
