I am a freelance web designer and consultant. I work remotely to provide flexibility and I can work from any location. I am happy to cat sit anywhere on the Eastern side of Massachusetts, and Southern New Hampshire. For quick daytime visits I'd prefer closer to the Billerica area.
I want anyone working with me to feel comfortable. I am fully vaccinated and boosted from COVID. I am happy to wear a mask in your house and in person and will not risk coming if I have been exposed or been close to someone who has been exposed to COVID. I am happy to keep surfaces sanitized.

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?
We do a quick 15-20 min Meet & Greet. I take notes about the house, location of litter, water, food etc and the cat(s) personality. I want to make sure both the kitties and parents feel comfortable and safe. Happy to meet with new people!
How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?
I make sure the door is locked behind me while visiting, and keep all house keys and passwords safe.

Brianne was an absolutely fantastic cat sitter for our 2 year old cat, Dexter! Dexter loves humans and having someone there with him when we are away and Brianne provided him with amazing company for the week. She gave us daily updates and prompt responses and it was clear that she gave Dexter the care and playtime that he is used to from us. She was also very courteous about our house and preferences, asking questions and showing a great deal of respect. We are very selective and protective of who watches our cat (who isn't!) and we would absolutely book with Brianne again!

Brianne is wonderful! She was so patient with our cat, who needs to take an inhaler. She was super responsive throughout all of our communication! By the end of the week, the cats loved her so much, one was cuddling with her at night. Brianne was great with all the medicine and our cat's health did not miss a beat! Brianne even put up with our crazy ask to build a living room fort for the cats to help them adjust while we were gone. So grateful for a trusted cat sitter!!!!! thank you Brianne!!

Brianne was awesome! She was open to our slightly unusual situation (needing a sitter for 8 or 9 hours straight during the day) and was very patient with my neuroses about leaving my baby (she's 19!) for the day. Brianne was super responsive via the chat function on Meowtel ahead of time, and she even sent updates (including photos) via text while we were gone. All in all, a great experience and I would not hesitate to have her cat-sit again!

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Billerica cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $31.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
