Karen has been wonderful on both occasions that she's cared for our cats. She was particularly great when handling our senior cat who was going through medical issues and did a great job of keeping us updated throughout our trip. I especially appreciated her flexibility when our cat's medication changed last minute.

Well, Karen is a total life-saver AND my cat loved her. My friend came down with the flu and with two days left before a week long vacation, I panicked and found Meowtel. Karen was one of the recommended sitters and after reaching out I found out she was available for my dates (Thank Goodness). She came and met my kitty and asked all the right questions. I came back to one very happy and healthy cat, which was amazing (since she can suffer from anxiety that induces vomiting if there is inadequate bonding time).
