What started as a routine booking quickly turned into something much more, and Tea handled it exceptionally. We booked her for a standard trip, but partway through, our cat Freya developed a medical issue that quickly escalated. From the moment Tea noticed something wasn’t right, she was incredibly attentive, proactive, and communicative. She kept a close eye on the wound, kept us informed every step of the way, and ultimately took Freya to urgent care, where she received imaging and needed staples. What stood out most was not just her responsiveness, but her judgment and care. She handled everything with such calm, thoughtfulness, and professionalism during a stressful situation. She also went well beyond what was originally scheduled, staying overnight so Freya wouldn’t be alone, administering medications, and coordinating with others to ensure there was always someone with her. We always felt fully in the loop and completely confident in the care Freya was receiving. Tea is incredibly intuitive, kind, and gentle, and it’s clear how much she genuinely cares about the animals she looks after. We are so grateful for her and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for not just a sitter, but someone you can fully trust, even in unexpected situations. Tea was absolutely wonderful! I honestly could not have asked for a better person to care for our babies, Miss Pouncy and Miss Smudgy, while my husband and I were away for two weeks. Both of my cats are extremely shy around new people. When Tea came for the meet and greet, Pouncy peeked around the corner for just a minute and then quickly disappeared. That was the last Tea saw of either cat! After that, both cats stayed completely hidden during every visit. Tea never tried to force an interaction with them or coax them out of their hiding places. Instead, she completely respected their personalities and their need to feel safe in their own home, which I really appreciated. Even though the cats refused to make an appearance, Tea was incredibly attentive and conscientious throughout the entire two weeks. She made sure they had fresh food and water, took care of their litter, checked that everything was as it should be, and kept us updated after every visit. For several days while we were away, the weather became extremely hot, and Tea went above and beyond to make sure Pouncy and Smudgy were comfortable. She reached out to us about turning on the air conditioners and checked in every day about the temperature. That meant so much to us. It was exactly the kind of thoughtful attention you hope for when you leave your pets in someone else’s care. Knowing that Tea was paying such close attention to their comfort and wellbeing gave us tremendous peace of mind. What impressed me most about Tea was how genuinely caring she was, even when her two little clients were determined to remain invisible! She understood that caring for cats sometimes means simply giving them space and making sure they feel safe and secure rather than expecting affection or interaction in return. We came home after two weeks to two very happy, healthy cats and everything beautifully taken care of. I would trust Tea with Miss Pouncy and Miss Smudgy again without hesitation, and I will absolutely be asking her to care for them in the future. Tea is truly an exceptional sitter, and I feel incredibly lucky that we found her. Five stars isn’t enough!

Tea was our first time ever using a cat sitter while away and we were away for 7 nights. Tea was AMAZING. Our meet and greet was great, she asked all the right questions, and was very nice right away with the cats. While we were away Tea sent pictures everyday of our 2 cats being cute, eating, and videos of them playing. She also brought in packages for us and put them to the side. We travel a lot and now that we have worked with Tea we will 100% be working with her again when needed. Thanks Tea!

Tea is amazing! she spent about 40 minutes at the meet and greet with my boys because they are shy. She was very patient and sweet with them and quickly earned their trust. her updates, pictures, and communication are fantastic! She has also been great with accommodating a few last minute schedule changes I have had. I highly recommend Tea!
