It is my priority to show up on time, feed them, have play and enrichment time, and give them as many pets as they would like! I want to make sure the cats I care for feel as safe and comfortable as possible. I am also comfortable administering medication if needed and working with young and geriatric cats. What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I began cat sitting in high school and have been doing it for about 7 years! I have handled feedings, litter box cleaning, play time, and making sure the cats feel comfortable and enriched when their caregivers are gone.

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

Meeting new kitties! I love getting to know each cat’s personality, what they like to play with, and what makes them most comfortable.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

Yes I do! My cats are sisters (born in the same litter) and adopted. Their names are Mitzi and Schnickelfritz. :)

I was feeling a little nervous about finding a new cat sitter, but Morgen’s kindness, attention to detail, and strong communication eased all my nerves. She did an excellent job taking care of my cat, Matthew, especially administering his inhaler (which can prove itself tricky). She sent visit updates alongside the cutest photos, and from those photos, it was very apparent how much my cat adored her and her company :)

Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.

All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
