Jackie did a wonderful job taking care of Frida, Winnie, and Theo. She administered Frida's insulin 2x a day, which gave us peace of mind knowing her medical needs were being handled properly.

FANTASTIC!!! On a scale of 1 to 5, Jackie was a Perfect 10. Every visit, she sent me photos and video clips of Nacho (my kitty), who clearly adored her--the photos showed him totally relaxed on Jackie's lap, snoozing, grooming, or "making biscuits," leaning into all of Jackie's petting, and purring like a maniac :), or running around playing, batting his toys all over the place. Along with the photos & videos, Jackie provided quick updates on how the visit went. I could relax during my trip, knowing that Jackie was taking such good care of Nacho--really engaging with him. Plus, on her last visit, Jackie left an overall "Report Card" covering important measures like his eating, drinking & litterbox habits, mood & playtime. I'm already booking her to care for Nacho during my next trip!

jackie was great - she sent me daily updates on my kitties and even left a detailed progress report for me when i got back! she made sure to get in as much as possible in her 45 minutes, giving them food, treats, and playing with them. i’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter who truly cares :)

I am so happy I found Jackie! For almost a week she was taking really good care of my cat Shiv🐱. Shiv is shy with new people and is a scaredy kitty overall, but Jackie was able to pet her on the very first day! It was such a relief to see my shy cat warm up to Jackie and cuddle with her😍🥹😍 Jackie followed all our instructions precisely and shared live updates with photo/video which was very sweet. One day Shiv had a medical emergency and Jackie handled it so well! I felt like I could trust Jackie and I hope we can work with her in the future!

Jackie is an exceptional sitter. When we had our meet and greet, our shy kitty went up to her to say hi! During our time away, Jackie sent daily text updates and lots of cute pics of our cats. When we got back, we were so surprised to find that she had taken the time to write up a “report card” for them and left them with a few new toys! Jackie is an exceptional sitter and we will be using her again for future trips!

Jackie has watched our two cats twice (with more visits to come!) and we can safely say the anxiety of leaving has completely gone away. our babies need medicine and unfortunately a lot of things ‘checked off’ and Jackie always succeeds. she is super responsive and helpful and has even gotten our cat, who is known to be aloof, to start warming up to her. we are really grateful to have found someone we trust to take care of our babies and be in our home.

this is only the second time we've had kackie watch our cat, and she is amazing!!! our little guy is very shy and needs medication 2x a day. not only is she slowly gaining his trust, but she is great at giving medication and thinking of innovative ways to give it if the cat is shy like ours!!! love jackie!

Jackie was so sweet and was very intuitive when getting to know our cat Juno. She spoke to her so softly and somehow knew exactly how Juno likes to play! she got belly rub permission very quickly! Jackie is a safe, sweet and cat-knowledgeable pet sitter.

Jackie went above and beyond sending us photos, videos and reports of her visits. Jackie took good care of our 2 cats; one is diabetic with insulin needs and the other is a picky eater. She was reliable, punctual with the insulin admin time and helped our picky one eat. She sent us updates at each visit with cute pictures to boot! We felt she was able to handle idiosyncratic antics of our cats well. We plan to work with her again in the near future.

Jackie was so good with our fearful kitties! She never once tried to pet them, and after a few days they were brave enough to come out and be in her vicinity. they were well taken care of (although they still didn't want any humans near them) - we came home to a clean house and well fed kitties 😻. If your kitties have behavioral needs, Jackie's the one to call!

Jackie was very patient with my shy girl and by the midway mark of my trip she managed to earn my baby’s trust! I was super happy since my girl has not come out of hiding or let anyone pet her but me. I also appreciated that I expressed that was worried early in my trip that my automatic feeder was not going off for some reason and Jackie made the effort to come by at the scheduled meal time to check if it went off properly. I didn’t ask her to do that (I was going to monitor on the cat cam myself) but I appreciated the extra help!

Jackie has taken care of my cat Maddie a few times now and she is fantastic. She goes above and beyond communicating updates, sending videos and pictures throughout. Jackie is everything we were hoping for in a cat sitter: communicative, friendly, reliable, easygoing, and flexible. Every day we received a short video and update on our cat Mochi, and she even elected to brush Mochi a few times. It was a weight off our mind to have Jackie making her daily visits.
