Kara is always absolutely amazing. This time, Winnie had a bit of an emergency, and Kara was immediately on top of it and extremely professional. I am so grateful to have her as a sitter. She is truly the best out there.

Kara went above and beyond for us. She was extremely communicative, reliable, and handled an unexpected key/lockbox issue by coordinating with our landlord to pick up a spare key. Kara was an exceptional cat sitter. One of our cats is very shy and scared of strangers, but he came out by her fourth visit! She sent detailed notes and photos after each visit and was very reliable and attentive. We felt totally confident leaving our cats in her care and would happily book her again.

Kara is fabulous in all respects. she took great care of our two kitties (a senior cat and a medical cat) and was super communicative, caring and professional. she also was quite careful maneuvering our home, allowing cat access to permitted rooms during her visit but ensuring doors were closed properly so our security system could be appropriately alarmed. 5-stars isn't enough in this instance!

Kara is easily the best cat-sitter I’ve ever had. She sends lengthy updates and does not hesitate to ask any questions over any concerns. My cat was recovering from a broken femur & she made sure to send me updates on how her stride was looking. Kara truly put me at ease with leaving my kitty Rosie during my vacation!! she sent thorough updates daily and ensured that every aspect of Rosie’s life was taken care of above and beyond (helping with auto feeders, deodorizing litter box etc!) Rosie seemed to love her new best friend too! Can’t recommend Kara enough!!!

I had faith Kara would be great based on the reviews, but she truly went above and beyond for Andy (my cat/biological son)! She was gave me thorough updates with lots of pictures, did a fantastic job administering Andy's medication -- which he doesn't make easy -- and she even washed the cat bowls he ate of. Which isn't something that I'd expect, but was extremely grateful for. Kara's ability to accommodate Andy's medication schedule really blew me away, on top of her professionalism and hospitality. We'll definitely hire Kara again the next time we're looking to schedule a getaway.

Kara is the best! She took care of our 3 cats over the holidays. She sent pictures daily and the cats looked so happy! One of our cats is extremely shy and it’s very stressed after we moved across states. We were amazed to see him warm up to her immediately. We came back to happy and relaxed kitties. She was our fist cat sitter in Boston and we feel like we struck gold! We will be booking her again no doubt. Highly recommend!

I was very anxious to leave my geriatric aged cat Maybelline for a work overnight trip as she currently has health issues and experienced the death of her brother the previous month. But I had no options so I tried Meowtel for the for the first time. Kara was local and had great reviews so I requested her. From the first correspondence Kara was very professional and detail oriented. I am admittedly nervouus when it comes to my older cat with health issues but she never made me feel silly for my lists of special derails and how they should be done a specific way. She just nodded, smiled, followed my requests exactly and then updated me with pics and notes on every detail I had outlined. A lovely woman, I will absolutely request her services again if I need. Kara did a fantastic job taking care of my cat over a weeklong holiday. Key handoff was super easy, and she made sure to ask detailed questions about my cat’s routine that were very considerate! My introverted cat warmed up to her quickly and was playing/approaching for cuddles in no time, which I got to see via thorough daily updates and pictures. overall, would highly recommend!

Kara was amazing! She stepped in at the last minute to care for my boys after a scheduling issue with a previous sitter. She was very detail oriented and made note of the special needs for my older gentleman who has had some recent health concerns. For each visit Kara notified me when she arrived, sent me several pictures, and sent me a summary of the visit. I can’t recommend her enough. The boys seemed to really enjoy her visits. When I got home, they seemed calm and there weren’t any piles of stress vomit. 🙂😺🥳
