I had to change my reservation a bit and she was very flexible, even adding on an additional reservation when my automatic feeder stopped working. She was great with both of my cats, and my super shy cat who never comes out for strangers was not afraid of Mikah!"

We booked her for a standard trip, but partway through, our cat Freya developed a medical issue that quickly escalated. From the moment Tea noticed something wasn’t right, she was incredibly attentive, proactive, and communicative. She kept a close eye on the wound, kept us informed every step of the way, and ultimately took Freya to urgent care, where she received imaging and needed staples. What stood out most was not just her responsiveness, but her judgment and care. She handled everything with such calm, thoughtfulness, and professionalism during a stressful situation. She also went well beyond what was originally scheduled, staying overnight so Freya wouldn’t be alone, administering medications, and coordinating with others to ensure there was always someone with her. We always felt fully in the loop and completely confident in the care Freya was receiving.
