"We cannot say enough wonderful things about Sophie. While we were away, our senior cat Mingus unexpectedly had a seizure and needed emergency care. Sophie acted immediately, contacted us right away, and quite honestly, her quick response may have saved his life. We rushed home as soon as we heard, but throughout the entire ordeal, Sophie kept in constant communication with us, checked on our baby and even went to visit him in the ER. Her kindness, compassion and dedication to the kitties in her care went above and beyond anything we could have expected from a pet sitter. She cared for Mingus like he was her own. Emergencies happen and we are endlessly grateful that Sophie was there when Mingus needed someone most. We are so thankful for everything she did for our old boy, and now he is back to his normal self and enjoying his favorite spot in the sun! 🌞"

"We are so grateful that Tea was able to look after our 4 cats during a week long vacation. On day 2 of our trip, we received some worrying test results back from our vet about one of our younger cats. Tea provided extensive updates, helped set up a pet camera so we could check in remotely, and took such wonderful care of the cats that we felt confident continuing our trip. Our older, shyer cat especially loved Tea's visits. She always made sure he received lots of love and attention. We've even noticed an increase in his confidence since we returned home. Overall, Tea's communication was excellent and the cats loved her visits!"
