My husband and I first time using this app and Erika has treated our Nico like the princess she us. Every instruction was followed to the T day by day. She was so attentive to our sweet girl she even brought up something with her eyes which i didn't notice until Erika told me. Nico immediately warmed up to her and i was getting plenty of updates.
