I went on my trip with erfect confidence that all would be well and it was. an important factor was the no-fee “meet and greet” which gave us the chance to take each other’s measure. without that, I most likely would not have committed. He is very responsive and updates us with wonderful photos of our cats. He communicates issues that he had encountered and suggests ways to resolve them (kitty-related.) He went above and beyond, for example, dealt with the unexpected ant-attacking-cats-food situation. In summary, he is very reliable and noticeably very knowledgeable when it comes to taking care of cats. We will certainly contact him again for cat-sitting services. Rodrigo delivered very consistent care and concern for my cat, Luna (this time: for two weeks). He kept me informed of how she was doing during every one of his visits- with both messages and pictures. Most of all, Luna opened up to him, whereas before she would just run and hide. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation
and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any
earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation
rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the
reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50%
of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48
hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and
the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
