Jared was great and helped us enormously by alerting us to a flood in our basement. He then was willing to work with us to check the remediation equipment so we could continue our vacation after we flew back to deal with the crisis. Extremely responsive and reliable. We'll book again.

Jared checked in on Elvira twice a day for 9 days, and took such wonderful care of her! Elvira’s a shy girl, but she became friends with Jared super quick!! He was very attentive to her playtime needs and entertainment, and even showed me some tricks that made mealtime more enticing to Elvira. As long as he’s available, we’d love for him to be our go-to cat sitter :)

My wife and I had our first long vacation planned since adopting our cats, we were a bit stressed wondering how they would be while we were gone. From day 1 of our reservation, did 2x a day, our stress level went immediately down with Jared. Every visit was communicated well, with detailed updates along with pictures. We were gone for 2 full weeks and there wasn’t a single day we were worried. Coming home both cats were happy and healthy and our apartment was kept clean from all the messes cats can make.
