Deidra and I mutually agreed to skip the meet-and-greet (such a busy time of year!) but Deidra followed my written instructions to a T and my two cats were clearly well-cared for in our absence. Excellent communication, reliable and tidy.

Deidra has been wonderful at keeping us updated about our 3 cats and sending daily pics and videos. She has been patient with our shy guys and affectionate with our extroverted girl! Excellent communication and kind demeanor—highly recommend!

Deborah was absolutely amazing! Her expertise greatly helped, dealing with two cats with very different personalities and one who is geriatric. She went the extra mile to care for them while we were away.

Dee is the BEST! I have a very high maintenance 17 y/o cat who needs daily SubQ fluids and oral meds. Dee followed my instructions to the letter and handled it everything so well while keeping me updated throughout. Plus my cat, who can be shy with strangers, seemed to love her! I could tell from the photos/videos that she was happy and comfortable in Dee’s presence. I wouldn’t leave my girl with just anyone, but I felt confident that Dee (as an experienced vet tech) could handle her, and I was right! 10/10 experience and would absolutely hire her again!

This was our second experience with Deidra - just as great as the first! We came home to happy cats and a clean home. Highly recommend!
