My skills are anything the cat needs and owner prefers, mine is very picky so not shy with... I am the very proud owner of my own girly, Juelz, who has completely stolen my heart (duh). I’ve always grown up with both cats and dogs but Juelz has become my BFF. I still love dogs too of course, but am fully a crazy cat mom now. I work from home and have some extra time so I’d love to help out any other fellow cat lovers! Can’t wait to book a trip soon and use this service for myself in the future
My skills are anything the cat needs and owner prefers, mine is very picky so not shy with particularities :) I love helping so I’m happy to go out of my way to make sure your baby angel is happy. I highly value respect and personal space so however you prefer I be in your home is absolutely what I’ll do. For example I prefer shoes off in my house, which not everyone loves, so again very open to an specifics and appreciative of mutual respect!
I’m also a big fan of checking in and sending updates, especially pictures. I used to babysit humans instead of cats and some parents told me I didn’t need to check in so often 😅So if I’m annoying you just let me know, but who can resist when a cats being adorable??
I’m always open to pet snuggles so if your cat is friendly I’m happy to stay extra and get some attention in.

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I haven’t cat sat professionally before, but I have for my parents and friends a bunch of times, for basically as long as I can remember. Even when I’m out and see a cat in the wild I’ll go out of my way to give them snacks and cuddles if they allow it
What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
Well obviously I love cats. But I also just love helping out in general and appreciate good people and caretakers when I need it, so I’m excited to contribute to the lovely community of cat parents
Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?
Again haven’t had a professional reservation yet, and this isn’t exactly sitting, but a time comes to mind when I was on vacation and there were a lot of stray cats around. I was by the pool and a hungry little cat came wandering around and I bought her some food and gave her some of my cold water 😭 She didn’t stay around for too long but was still so cute and memorable that she hung out for a little
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
of course! I can’t talk about her enough, her name is Juelz is she is obviously perfect :) I am looking to get her a brother soon as well
How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?
I’m very cautious about opening the door specifically. Mine is an indoor cat only but used to be an outdoor girl so she still tries to escape every now and again so I have to stay vigilant.
Are you usually available during holidays?
Typically I can make something work depending on the time. I don’t travel too much for holidays but will update if I do.
What is your favorite cat toy?
Honestly whatever they don’t tear apart and lasts a little while. That being said I love the motorized ones that roll around the house so they can get some playtime and exercise.
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
Give them space! No reason to try and force anyone to do something they don’t want to. I’ll try to coax them for a little with food and toys but if they clearly don’t want company than who am I to tell them otherwise

Angie took detailed notes about my very particular care for my four cats, consisting of three adults and one very active kitten. She was responsive and caring and my little cat gang loved her! She went above and beyond and gave them plenty of treat and play enrichment while I was away. She also treated my home with very careful respect, which I really appreciated. Angie is lovely company and a great catsitter that I would definitely recommend for anyone :)

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.

Laurel cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $29.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
