This was our second time having Ing come and take care of our cats, and I can guarantee it won't be the last! The cats were excited to see Ing, and even our cautious one took significantly less time to warm up the this time. Ing was able to admister the medication perfectly for our senior cat, and I felt confident leaving knowing she was in good hands.

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
