Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
Yes! I have a pair of bonded 17 year olds that require ongoing medical care, 2 middle aged cats that were rescued from abusive situations, and 1 delightfully goofy orange cat that was a rescue as a kitten from a natural disaster. Their names are Midi, Talia, Milo, Lucy, and Mac; and they are the lights of my life.
What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?
My process begins with meeting you, your cats, and learning your normal routine with your fur babies. Cats are creatures of habit and in order to provide the most stress-free experience while you are away, I will try to mimic your routine with them as much as possible. Each cat is different so it is essential to learn their individual needs and personalities in order to provide a good experience for them.
Are you usually available during holidays?
I am available during most major holidays and typical vacation dates! I have a very flexible schedule and can adjust to whatever time frame works best for you and your cats.
What is your favorite cat toy?
My favorite cat toys are laser pointers and cloth packets of catnip. Simple, fun, and physical activity inducing are key! I avoid anything with feathers, ribbons, or bells due to their choking and impaction risks.
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
The timid or anxious cats are my specialty. I have worked with human survivors of trauma professionally and focus my cat fostering/adopting efforts on cats who have experienced trauma. I am well versed in cat body language and communication. It can be very scary to be without your meowmy and family members, and for some other lady be providing care in your home. I approach every being with respect and at their pace.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
