Nikki did a great job doing the evening and morning routine for our newly diabetic cat and his sister. We were so nervous to leave him but felt confident he was in good hands with Nikki, which turned out to be true. She was extremely communicative during her visits, sending pictures and asking questions as needed. Our diabetic boy is a little tricky to get him to eat and do his whole routine with his insulin injection and Nikki did a great job. Our extra shy girl even came out to say hi to her, which is so rare:) We’re looking forward to having Nikki take care of our cats in the future! Thanks, Nikki!

Note: This review is for a trial run that we booked Nikki for. We had a great meet and greet with Nikki where we discussed her experience and she had a chance to meet and interact with our diabetic cat and see his evening routing. Since this would be our first time using a pet sitter and with our cat needing insulin injections, we wanted to book a trial evening with Nikki just to help us feel more comfortable. It went great! She is extremely communicative and asked really good questions. She remembered a lot of details about his routine from our meet and greet. She was so sweet interacting with our cat and encouraging him to eat, which isn’t the easiest task. While he didn’t need an injection that evening, she went through the motions with ease, showing she does have good experience with insulin and injections in general. We’re looking to working with Nikki in the future and absolutely will book her for actual pet sitting when we are away. She seems very kind, super sweet with the cats, and is very communicative.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
