Rachel had the good judgement to reach out to my sister (as well as text me) in case I was sleeping (which I was). She handled it with my sister before I woke up. This exceeded expectations. Apart from our slight emergency, Rachel was the utmost professional, great communicator, and so sweet towards my very needy teenage cat."
