Lauren was excellent. She took care of my cats with such care. They were fed promptly, got fresh water daily, and litter boxes were cleaned thoroughly. Lauren took pictures and let me know that the cats were doing well and in good hands. The next time I need to make a Meowtel reservation, I will definitely request Lauren

This was our first experience with Meowtel, and we could not be more pleased, in particular with Lauren. She is just outstanding. Couldn’t possibly ask for more. Responsible, conscientious, caring, extremely good communication. Really knows cats, and was able to quickly win over a very wary skittish street rescue who is very difficult with strangers. Great reports and photos after each visit. You could not possibly ask for a better cat sitter than Lauren. Highly highly recommended.

Lauren did an amazing job! Fabulois updates and photos. She cared for all 3 of my babies as if they were her own. I’m so glad I found her. Looking forward to more travel knowing she will be there for them while we are gone! Highly recommend!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
