"Caitlin was here, taking care of our two cats, when she said she would be, and for how long she was scheduled. I think she even stayed longer. Our cats (two huge Siberians) looked better when I returned then when I take care of them. All brushed - happy and fed!! Can’t ask for more than that!!!"
