Crystal is very knowledgeable about cats, especially in caring for one of our cats who has CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease) and has stayed overnight. She is very attentive, pays attention to details, and provides us with timely daily updates and pictures of our babies. I would highly recommend Crystal to anybody! This was my first experience using Meowtel and I am so thankful I booked Crystal for this experience. She sent me consistent, timely updates with pictures and videos the entire time I was away. My wife and I went out of town for a camping trip and used Meowtel for the first time. We sent a request to Crystal and she got back to us right away. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND and I cannot recommend her enough. You can tell she really loves cats. She sent us a detailed summery of how the each visit went and included pics, she brought her own toys, she spent time with the cats, and she swept and cleaned the litter box. We were so impressed that I also posted in my neighborhood page. 10/10 I recommend Crystal. We will be using her again!

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
