"From the start, I knew we had made a great decision in choosing Lauren to watch our cats. During the meet and greet, she asked questions and took notes to ensure she understood our routine and how to work our tech gadgets. Her disposition and attitude immediately put us at ease. During our nearly three week trip, Lauren communicated with us every day, giving us updates on our babies and sending pictures. When one of our automatic feeders began acting up, she proactively worked to troubleshoot the problem and found work-arounds to accommodate our cat’s feeding schedules as necessary. Her messages were always positive and reassuring and it truly enabled us to have a carefree vacation knowing our cat babies were being taken care of. I cannot recommend her enough and definitely intend on booking her again in the very near future!!!"

"Alex was so incredible with my sweet but often spicy kitty, Bernie. Bernie has a bit separation anxiety and has been known to hiss at cat sitters previously. I gave Alex this warning but she willingly agreed to watch him and he had no issues with Alex at all! Alex sent me great updates, gave Bernie his anxiety meds, and sent videos at every visit and she even vacuumed for us before we came home! Could not recommend Alex more!!"

"I would give Rachel more stars if I could. She watched Kitty while I was in Europe. She noticed a potential injury while when it was nighttime for me but still daytime in Chicago. Rachel had the good judgement to reach out to my sister (as well as text me) in case I was sleeping (which I was). She handled it with my sister before I woke up. This exceeded expectations. Apart from our slight emergency, Rachel was the utmost professional, great communicator, and so sweet towards my very needy teenage cat."

I told Crystal she had to be a “Cat Whisperer “!!! She made sure Frank ate on time and received his daily medications, she fed them as instructed, cleaned their boxes and she even sent daily photos!!! my fur babies looked happy and seemed to really enjoy Crystals’ company!!!! "Brendan was sooooo wonderful from the beginning to the end of the catsitting. I am also a Meowtel sitter so I had high standards - and plus, a crazy cat lady to boot - but he met them perfectly. Brendan is very kind, friendly, and immediately puts you at ease during the meet and greet. My cat Humphrey is a little prickly with people who aren’t me but he took it all in stride and was incredibly patient with my cat. Brendan accepted all of his (and mine haha!) crazy with grace and by the end of the visit, Humphrey had warmed up to him more than he’s ever warmed up to someone that isn’t me before!! In addition, Brendan was communicative, very clean, flexible and polite throughout the two weeks he was checking in on my place. I would highly, highly recommend Brendan. I know I’ll use him again!"
