Fully cat conversant! I'm a mask wearing retiree who is up-to-date on COVID innoculations and practices good hand sanitation. Also, I am a long-time resident of this area including Birmingham. If the time slot that you require is already booked, please contact me. I am capable of managing more than one reservation for the same day. My hobbies include genealogy, gardening, reading, antiques and art from the Arts and Crafts era. During the warm weather, I nurture three butterfly gardens that I created on my property. In the cold weather, I spend time on my decade's old genealogy project. Over the course of 40 plus years, I've had both purebred and rescue cats. My Red Abyssinian was a super senior who had retinal atrophy, diabetes and required subcutaneous fluid. Currently, I have a rescue pure bred Blue Point Himalayan who was abandoned in a feral colony. We are always very hesitant to leave our fur babies and go on vacation. From the moment we did the meet and greet, Evelyn eased our anxiety and concerns about leaving them. She takes tremendous care and thoughtfulness and enthusiasm for cat sitting. She is detailed and fun in delivering her daily check ins. Always responded in a timely manner and always on time. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
