Genie was beyond amazing. She fit us into her schedule when we had a last minute change of plans. Our cat is high maintenance and needs medicine twice daily along with special potty needs as she’s a senior- Genie handled it all with patience and professionalism. Her updates were thorough and gave me such peace of mind that my kitty was being well taken care of while we were away. She truly is a cat lover and will take great care of your kitties!

Genie exceeded my expectations! She checked in on my cat per the schedule established, let me know when she arrived, what she did while there and when she left. She also took so many pics of my cat! I loved that. Plus she cleaned up the food and litter box so well. Genie’s communication is stellar! On top of everything, she left a thank you note and welcome home card for us to return to. We found ourselves in need of a kitty-sitter for the weekend that was adept at giving meds. We've never used a service before. She was quick to respond and offered several days/times for the initial meet and greet. Genie was warm and friendly and mindful of how the cats may perceive a new visitor. She was thorough and didn't rush. By the end of our first meeting, we were relieved to have been able to book with Genie and were not stressed at all about leaving our cars in her care. Everything went super smooth. Genie always messaged us about her arrival and how the furbabies were doing during the visits. She included lots of pictures too. We were at total ease knowing our kitty boys were getting the best care with Genie. We will definitely book with her again!:)

Genie is very thorough catsitter. She goes through every single scenario before she starts catsitting your cat and sends very detailed updates during the process as well. I felt very comfortable to rely on her during my trip. She seems like a very sweet person herself and got easily my cat's trust!

We loved Genie so much the first time we booked them, we booked them again! While we are away, Genie provides stellar care for our indoor and community cats. My husband and I don't worry at all when Genie is caring for our cat-babies. She is professional, detail oriented, enthusiastic, and kind. Genie is an excellent cat sitter for my 2 cats. She genuinely cares about animals and my cats are obsessed with her. In terms of her ability to take care of my animals she is detail orientated, professional, and communicative. Every session begins with a text letting me know she's there. When she is done she provides a long message with lots of the details including how many excrements and quality of them, how much did they eat, temperament, anything that was different, how they played, and what they did while she was there. Lastly, she always provides a ton of photos of my kitties! I highly recommend Genie, I wish I could keep her a secret so she doesn't get booked up by you will love having her take care of your kitties!
