Jillian has taken care of our two cats 14 times now! Her service is consistently excellent, and it is obvious our cats really enjoy her visits. Her communication is terrific, leaving us completely confident we can be away without worrying. During our most recent time away, our alarm system malfunctioned and Jillian had to deal with a police check on the house. She did so professionally, letting us know what was happening and we were very appreciative of how she handled an unfortunate situation. Jillian puts the cats well-being first, and we (and the cats) are very grateful for that.

Jillian has been our cat sitter several times. our two rescue cats still hide after 4 years. But they remember Jillian!! she speaks patiently and gently. One came out from under the bed and rubbed against her and took treats from her hand!!! Huge progress!. The other came out and took a couple peaks. Jillian continues to impress. The communication and videos are wonderful. I honestly cannot say enough about how thankful I am.

We always trust Jillian to take great care of our boys! They love her playtime and special attention. We are repeat bookers. Once in awhile we mess up our directions (this time it was where we were storing their food) and she is so quick to communicate so we can correct our error. She also had to deal with extra instructions around the house light timers on Halloween, which was above and beyond. Additionally, she shows genuine care about these boys even post-booking (off-the-clock). She offers truly wonderful service!

Once again Jillian has far exceeded expectations. She performs all the required tasks in an exemplary manner. Beyond that, she takes care of our cat's emotional side, spending time playing with him, or holding him when he needed it. She is the greatest cat sitter on the planey.

As a repeat customer, we always feel less guilt leaving our cats alone because we know how great Jillian is with them. The pics and vids are proof of how well they get along with her in our absence. She even knows what to tune into on the TV to keep them entertained when the house is void of people. She really does an excellent job of knowing each cat's personality and what they need when their humans are gone. As long as Jillian is providing her services, we will be booking on repeat!

What a treasure Jillian is! She cared for our 2 kitties for the first time recently. Both cats absolutely loved her from the moment they met during the meet and greet. While we were gone, she went above and beyond to make sure they were well cared for and content. She provided detailed information about every visit, including adorable pictures and videos. After her first visit and the detailed update she provided, we felt very secure knowing that she was their care giver. We didn’t have the usual nagging, guilty feeling of having left our fur-babies at home without us. My cat wasnt feeling well one day (belly issues beyond normal cat things ) and Jillian noticed it, looked into what may be causing it, watched her carefully, and kept me informed while I was away. I really appreciated Jillian caring for her the way she did.

I’ve used Jillian in the past, she always goes above and beyond, and this time was no different than the last. My older cat tore her ACL while I was out of the country and Jillian was very responsive, attentive, caring, and beyond helpful with caring for her, calling the ER vet, sending lots of videos, trying to figure out the source of her limp, and spending extra time with her to make sure she was comfortable. Being out of the country when something like this happens is extremely stressful and scary, but I trust Jillian with both of my kitties and she helped me feel more relaxed knowing she was in good care. Jillian is the boys' preferred caretaker. We have been taking weekend trips a lot this year and we book her every time. Truly not sure what we would do without her. The boys enjoy Jillian so much that they greet her with purrs and leg rubs as soon as she walks in. I think if we did it any other way the next time we leave, our cats would riot. Jillian what’s amazing from the meeting greet through the whole visit. We have two rescue cats that are very fearful and hide from everyone but us. However she made such an extra effort with putting on kitty videos, talking to them gently, following our suggestions perfectly and adding some of her own ideas after checking with us. We have two 4- year-old rescue cats that we have had for two years. They are extremely fearful of others. It took us several interviews before we found Jillian. From the first day of the meet and greet through the seven days we were gone. She continued to impress. Honestly, I cannot express my anxiety, leaving my cats and the comfort I felt more and more each day. She went way above and beyond with the cats, she brought them little Christmas toys, Did all the little extra things we suggested, and even had more ideas of her own. Jillian does both extended overnight stays and periodic “play dates” between vacations for my 3 cats. Every visit/vacation with Jillian has been amazing! She assesses each cat’s needs, wants and comfort level to tailor an individualized framework of interactions and behaviors, and then builds on these customized frameworks with each successive visit. Her results are incredible. For Jillian’s recent 8-night stay, she implemented one-on-one specific play and companionship with my shy girl in a certain spot after dinner. Jillian nailed it - my shy girl loved it, and actually insists that I continue this routine! At their recent playdate, my shy girl came right up to Jillian, ready for interaction and playtime, no reacquaintance or warm-up needed. And after Jillian’s last extended stay, the cats slept on her bed for more than a week after our return. ❤️ Need I say more?

Jillian is the Mary Poppins of cat sitters. She came in 2x a day with her bag of magic. She fed the boys, ensured the litter boxes were clean. She entertained them by having them watch bird & animal videos; immediately after they played games and she gave them treats. She also groomed them and loved up on them at each visit. In addition to all the above she took photos and videos at every visit.

This is the 4th time we've had Jillian care for our two cats and she knocked it out of the park once again! It had been a little while she is last visited but the boys quickly remembered her with her fun toys, loving pets, and gentle nature. This is the third time I have booked with Jillian and she has exceeded all expectations as usual. One of my boys has just gotten a broken claw taken off and needed to be watch a bit closely. Jillian was great about making sure he wasn't having any issues with it! My other boy had just had a run in with the vet as well and need to be given some medicine every day. I was having some trouble getting him to take his medicine in his treats but Jillian was able to think on her feet and mix some treats together to get him to take it. She sends detailed updates and adorable pictures and videos. You can tell she has a special little place for all the kitties she takes care of and I never have to worry when I travel. Jillian was even able to help me navigate some issues with snow removal while I was gone. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a sitter for their fur babies.

From start to finish Jillian was absolutely incredible. She was flexible with finding a meet and greet time, and when we did the meet and greet she was friendly, asked a lot of questions about how to care for the cats, and immediatly made the kitties comfortable. I have a spicy cat who doesn’t always like people and he warmed right up to her! During the sit she was incredibly detailed on her updates, and sent lots of pictures and videos! She brought a ton of different toys for them to play with, and gave them lots of pets and cuddles! She even went above and beyond by putting relaxing music and videos on the TV for the cats to stay comfy. And even was able to get one of my kitties to start using the litter box to poop after almost a year of struggling with him!! I had tried so many different things and she had extra recommendations and finally figured it out!! We had a big snow storm while we were gone and she even went as far as to help me find someone to help with snow removal. Jillian was beyond what I could have ever expected from a cat sitter and I would recommend her to every and any one in need of exeptional care for their babies!

I am not a fan of writing reviews. However, I will give one to Jillian. Jillian is fabulous!!! She listens to my requests; my cats are finicky and need special food. I have 2 females that are litter mates, and both have some health challenges. Jillian makes sure they are eating well and taken care of. I would highly recommend her to anyone with an animal, she treats each on like they are her own.

Jillian was great as usual with Harvey. He can be a little suspicious of people, but he loves Jillian. She played with him, refreshed his water bowl, and cleaned his litter box (which I told her she didn’t have to do, but she did it anyway). Thank you!

The best cat sitter ever (and I’ve had cats for 40 yrs)!! I was impressed with Jillian’s knowledge of cats, suggestions, and professionalism during the detailed “Meet and Greet”. Jillian is genuine, warm and takes time to know the kitties she caretakes. She went above and beyond during her daily visits with our 2 cats over the course of 8 days. She played with our lonely boy kitty and gave him lots of attention. She utilized cat-centered methods to get our timid older girl kitty to come out of hiding, and thought to place treats where she was hiding. She did an exceptional job of keeping their food area, water, and litter boxes clean. Without asking, Jillian took the used cat food cans out to the garage recycle bin and emptied the garbage. No litter box or fishy food smell upon our return. Jillian arrived as scheduled for all her visits. The photos, short videos, and notes provided us with HUGE peace of mind! Best Cat Sitter Ever! Jillian was able to charm my scaredy cat into cuddling, coming out from under the bed when she called, and even got her to take her medicine right from her hand, I was shocked! In a fantastic way! Jillian gave daily detailed notes on everything from what she fed Marilyn to how much she played. Jillian’s daily updates allowed my husband and I to be able to relax on vacation, knowing our girl was in very, very good hands. Jillian was an absolutely amazing cat sitter! She was very attentive to all the information I had for her during the meet and greet. She even asked some great questions of her own to make sure she had all the right info to take care of my boys. Jillian is the best! She gives extra effort with everything; playing with the cats, upgrading their toys at playtime, the basic kitty care tasks, helping with what we need while we are away. Jillian cared for our 2 young boys while we were away for 4 days and we are so thankful for her! Prior experiences leaving them at home had not always gone well, as one really does not care to be left alone. We have a non-sighted kitty also and she was wonderful with them both. She inquires about and is very respectful of homeowner wishes/particularities (lights, plants, mail, waste disposal, etc.). She also offered great suggestions for some of our kitty-specific concerns. The photos and vids put smiles on our faces and we knew the boys were doing great under her care. Litterboxes were cleaned, dishes filled, and playtime fulfilled. We had a worry-free vacation and will definitely book her again!

Our cat is not particularly friendly, but she needs the company or she gets all sad. Jillian was extremely patient with her and managed to draw her out over 3 days, with cat toys and cat nip.

Rach of her visit updates were so detailed about each kitty and what took place with lots of photos and videos that gave us so much peace of mind while away from them for 2.5 weeks. We have one cat who does not like people and she managed to make friends with that vat instead of it always hiding which is the norm, Jillian has cat whisperer skills! We will definitely be using Jillian again and only wish we had found her sooner!

We were so worried to leave our two 7-month-old kittens for 6 days. But as soon as we met Jillian we knew they would be in amazingly loving and capable hands. Jillian seems to love cats on a deep level. She understands them and their needs - knowing just what each individual cat requires. We have one extrovert and one introvert cat. Jillian tailored her approach and care for each - making them both extremely happy and well cared for. Jillian's aftercare reports were the highlight of our trip! Seeing the lovely pictures and fun videos gave us a laugh and comfort that the girls were happy, healthy and loved even tho we weren't there. Jillian has 101 ways to engage and encourage and interact with the cats, creating excitement and energy even when the animals are alone. Jillian is caring, thoughtful, respectful, careful, and diligent. She even went out of her way to help - taking the trash cans out for pick up and leaving our home spotless. We are so thankful to have met Jillian and to know that she is available to care for our baby girls when we need to be away.

Jillian is the best catsitter ever! She gave my one cat plenty of pets and was creative in playing with him. She also gave him medication and ear drops without any problem. She shows up as scheduled so that my cats routine is maintained. She takes the time to clean the cat food area and sweep up litter. Jillian is very responsive in scheduling and replying to text msgs.
