"Leah is fantastic! She was a godsend to our family! When we needed to extend our trip when one of our kids got too sick to travel, she happily lengthened her time with our cats. She was great with our cats too and sent a LOT of pictures of the kitties while we were gone. She even got to pet our old, grumpy kitty by the end of the trip, which is a rare honor bestowed on the few. Our other cat is an asthmatic and she did a great job giving him his inhaler twice per day. I also loved that she sent us pics of the full food bowls and water fountain each trip, as well as a recap of how the cats were doing. I will absolutely be booking Leah again for our next trip."

But much more importantly, she really, really loves cats and she loved our babies while we were out of the country for a week for the first time since we got them last year. I was nervous about leaving them with someone new, but from the time they met Lacie, I knew she would take good care of them. She's also a wonderful communicator, sending pictures, videos and updates each day to let me know the cats were doing ok. I will definitely be making Lacie a regular part of our cat care routine, whenever we travel."

I felt like she treated my cats as if they were her own, such as paying attention to small details about their health and food/water station among many other things to ensure their comfort while I was away. The most important thing for me was she was very patient with my girl cat who takes time to warm up to others and doesn’t like being around new people. "Arian was good about sending photos and updates on a daily basis. Our cats are rather skittish with strangers but took to him seemingly well. The only issue we had was that we found the two litter boxes utterly filthy when we came home on the last day. I asked about how often he changed the litter boxes and he said every three days. I appreciated his honesty, and I conceded that may work for other cats, but that clearly was not enough in this case, and sticking to a strict changing routine, especially when we opted for 45 minute visits, seemed very odd. He messaged me after we talked and said he'll keep this in mind going forward."
