As a first timer using a pet sitting service I have to say I am blown away by how awesome Bonnie was with our senior cat. Bonnie was amazing, she was attentive amd caring, she gave amazing updates and photos and was genuinely concerned with our cats well being. I HIGHLY recommend Bonnie to anyone whose fur baby needs some loving while their human is out of town. I would give her a 100 star rating!!

I truly do not know how we could have gotten through this recent trip without Bonnie! She went above and beyond when we accidentally locked a door that she didn’t have a key for to ensure our Kitty Jax was cared for and loved on. I will honestly never book anyone else as long as Bonnie is available!

My partner and I kept procrastinating a vacation because we were worried about leaving our fur babies, who are both former street cats and very skittish. Bonnie is so obviously a cat lover, so knowledgeable about them and so thorough with the daily cat care routine, check-ins and photos, it really gave us a lot of peace of mind so we could enjoy our trip. We were very surprised when Bonnie sent photos of our boy Vincent during many of the drop-ins, who was clearly curious about her enough to not immediately run and hide as he usually does with strangers. We also appreciated that she brought in some deliveries left on our porch and wheeled out our trash bins. We would absolutely hire her again!

Bonnie was very nice and easy to work with! She did great with my adult cat Charlie and my older cat Goblyn. Goblyn is a bit of a hider so she didn’t come out much during Bonnie’s visit but she enjoyed the treats and wet food left behind! The Thank You note Bonnie left was completely unexpected and heartwarming and she was able to perform above and beyond, even communicating everything through the Meowtel app and adapting to extra treats that I did not discuss during our meet and greet. Bonnie stayed all 45 minutes (maybe even a couple minutes more) and watched Cat TV with Charlie, and turned everything off back as she found it. I will only be using her services in the future. Bonnie was amazing! She was very responsive from day 1 and took extensive notes about our two cats during the initial meeting. As a cat owner, she is very in tune with what cats need and may want and understands that they are all a bit different. She sent pics and videos as well as messages while we were gone and proved trustworthy for us and our cats. Unexpectedly, she offered to bring in packages and was quick to help with bringing in the trash and recycle bins as we were gone on trash day. We plan to use her anytime we need help with our fur babies!

Bonnie was the perfect sitter for our cat Jax. This was our first time searching for a finding a sitter and I could not have asked for a more caring, detail oriented and invested person. Bonnie cared about Jax above taking care of the daily necessities. She took interest in his personality and met him exactly where he was at. She used all of the time to handle was was necessary but also went above and beyond with treats and consideration for him by opening the window, giving him attention snd affection, whatever he required at the time. We were more than happy with Bonnie! She was so thorough and took such great care of our kitten sisters! She provided great updates and even washed a floor mat for us when one of our stinkers urinated on it. We would highly recommend Bonnie and will be using her again in the future!

Did a fine job feeding and playing with the cats while we were away. It was very strange when she told us it looked like someone had been in our house, but then when she sent pictures of what had been moved, it was very obvious it was just the cats moving things around like cats so. Really scared us for a minute with that. She did tell us that she scooped litter boxes every day, but they did smell really bad when we got home.

She did wonderful with the cats. The kitten wouldn't come out for her, but she tried really hard
